Article Processing Charge / fee

The Journal of Electrical Vocational Education (JEVE) is committed to transparency in publication fees and ensuring affordable access for authors.

Submission Fees

JEVE does not charge any submission fees. Authors may submit manuscripts free of charge, and no payment is required during the initial submission and peer-review process.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

An Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 100,000 is applied only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.

This fee is used to support:

• Editorial management and peer-review administration
• Copyediting and proofreading
• Layout and formatting of articles
• Online publication and hosting
• Long-term digital archiving
• Journal system maintenance

Payment Policy

• The APC is only payable after official acceptance of the manuscript
• No fees are charged prior to acceptance
• Payment instructions will be provided to the corresponding author upon acceptance
• Payment is due within 14 days of receiving editorial acceptance
• Articles cannot be published until full payment has been received.
• Authors are advised to ensure funding availability before submission
• All payments are non-refundable
